Data we do NOT collect: ContrastaLab does not store texts submitted by users for analysis. Queries are processed in real time via the Anthropic API and are not saved in any proprietary database.
Technical data: Vercel (our hosting provider) may log technical access data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes. This data is managed by Vercel under their own privacy policy.
Contact form: If you complete the professional access request form, the data you enter (name, email, description of use) is used solely to respond to your request. It is not shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.
To provide the analysis service, texts are sent to the Anthropic API (anthropic.com), a US-based company. Anthropic processes these texts to generate the analysis. Their privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
The service is hosted by Vercel Inc. Their privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
ContrastaLab does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Technical cookies necessary for service operation may exist, managed by Vercel. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, port and restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, write to: david@contrastalab.com
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
All communications use HTTPS. The Anthropic API key is managed as a secure server-side environment variable and is never exposed to the client.
ContrastaLab is not directed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not use the service without adult supervision.
